Family style restaurant, came here on Friday noon and this place was busy most of the time. Many take out order were served. The portion was huge, great value. Love the special sandwich, very tasty. I’d recommend it.

I rarely come back to Central Mass; however, when I do I ALWAYS make it a point to visit Napoli at least once. This is quite frankly the most underrated hidden gem of authentic Italian food. Napoli isn't a pretentious restaurant on the outside and the interior, but the food is delicious. My go-to sandwich is the Saltimboca - which is a savory combination of hot breaded veal topped with mushrooms and cheese in between a soft focaccia bread. Other notable dishes that I LOVE are the Nicolina Grande (in other words, the classic italian grinder) and the antipasto salad. It's a feast for the senses. For dessert, DO NOT MISS the cheesecake! Trust me on this. Their prices are incredibly competitive and affordable, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the owner Rod is an authentic Italian guy that takes a month off every year to visit Italy... I'd trust em just based on that fact. These ain't rookie reviews!

A gem of a place to get great deli sandwiches and Italian food. My favorite is the Chicken Parmesan sandwich. It is loaded with freshly made chicken parmesan and a tasty tomato sauce. It's so large I cannot finish eating it. See the photos I posted with this review. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is of a quaint deli restaurant you don't see very often. I highly recommend this place to get great deli sandwiches and high quality Italian food.

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten promptly in the vehicle. This was an outstanding experience. From the ladies running the counter (they were exceptional) to the food I ordered. I had the fried ravioli, meatballs, and a pepperoni pizza. The ravioli and marinara were great. The meatballs were huge, beautifully cooked, juicy and tender with a little bite in the sauce. The pizza was over the top great, nice crust, excellent sauce and pepperoni. Just a great food experience. Be prepared for the delicious treats tempting you while waiting. I couldn't resist taking some home. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 9.3.

We went here for lunch. I had a turkey bacon sandwich. The sandwich was huge. Super fresh and delicious. My buddy got a chicken sandwich. He said it was really good. It looked incredible! This is part two of the review. We went back for lunch. I had the meatball sausage combo grinder my friend had the turkey dinner my other friend had chicken strips with fries... My sandwich was GREAT and my friend's turkey dinner was "outstanding" and the chicken n fries were also "amazing"... The service was fantastic, food is insanely good, prices are reasonable. We'll definitely be back!!

I was in town for business and wanted a sandwich for lunch. I found this place and it was fantastic. It's an old school Italian deli with great food. I had a chicken parm sandwich which was outstanding, delicious, well priced, and a huge portion! I'm always delighted to find a good local joint!

I really messed up and ordered from this place instead of the Napoli that was near me. I ordered and paid and then went to the one nearest me to pick it up. They didn't have my order! I couldn't drive it to Napoli Deli because it was for a birthday party and we needed it much sooner. When I called with the explanation Napoli Deli was kind enough to void my order and refund me even though they already made the order! Thank you for saving me from my error. I appreciate your customer service!
